Conditions of returns:

If you change your mind and wish to return the product, we request that you do this within 30 days of receipt of goods. The product must be unused, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Any items returned not in original packaging and used, therefore unsaleable will not be accepted as a return. The cost of any returns will be the responsibility of the customer. In the event of goods becoming subject to a product recall or manufacturing fault Fans Mudflaps will facilitate product returns at its expense.

Items that have been fitted:

We supply a universal product that is recommended to be fitted by a qualified vehicle accessory fitter.

Goods that have been fitted and free from manufacturing faults and are fit for purpose will not be accepted as a return.

Refund process:

Refunds will be processed once goods have been received and inspected.

Australian Consumer Law

Fans Mudflaps products are subject to Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement due to a major fault.
You are also entitled to a refund if the goods fail to meet acceptable quality or are not fit for purpose.
